About Us
Stand-out performers in good and bad
economies know that across the board cost-cutting is just a survival
tactic. They understand that the ability to dominate their markets comes
from wholesale change that focuses the entire organization on driving
flawless execution and striking the perfect balance between customer
value and efficiency.
This is where Maine Pointe thrives.
Our team of domain experts identifies immediate opportunities for
game-changing improvement in logistics, procurement and operations,
positioning organizations to move to a demand-driven model, where
customer expectations are exceeded and costs are minimized.
Our proven model for leadership communication ensures that the changes
needed to get there take hold in every corner of the organization. The
result: a fully engaged team that drives the company forward, for
long-term success.

the chaos – tight credit markets, investors ready to cut their losses,
or an M&A that’s turning out to be more headache than help – and live to
fight another day.
Our global team is the go-to resource for
companies ready to:
-
See tangible gains – typically
worth millions or more within months – and in the case of
operational savings in little as 6 weeks
-
Position themselves to beat
customer expectations – on service, quality and delivery – while
boosting margins
-
Create a united management climate
with common performance goals that drives efficiency – and ends the
tolerance for entrenched cultural silos
