Maine Pointe's focus is in finding the operational "Profit Pointes" that can cut operating costs by as much as 15% to 30% while improving revenues and margins 10% to 40% through "Growth Pointes". The approach applies equally as well to service organizations and manufacturing businesses, from the customer to the back office.

Services include

Due Diligence -- from a few days to a few weeks to determine existing and future value in acquisitions, mergers, etc. 

Analysis - data, process and skills review usually takes from 15 to 45 days providing an operational review to include operating strategy opportunities, an implementation roadmap and a ROI for the project in one or all disciplines

Project Implementation -- typically from 4 to 8 months includes process redesign and transformation, skills development and training, management measurement and follow-up processes and establishing results that can be sustained
