Recruiting at Maine Pointe
A professional recruiting process is designed to ensure a good fit for firm and professional combined. The process is thorough. Once a resume is identified, a phone interview sometimes followed by an on-line assessment of skills, behaviors, and values begins the process. High potential candidates are then invited to participate in interviews with two or more team members. A final interview with our CEO and EVP is required before a decision is mutually reached.

The successful experienced candidate will have a background in industry experience and/or professional consulting experience. Sales to Cash, customer relationship management, logistics, supply chain management, strategic sourcing/procurement, manufacturing, and services operations are the areas of expertise that suggest a potential fit.
