Steve's deep expertise in growth and profit development
through sales and marketing effectiveness, lean manufacturing,
productivity and process reengineering, includes working with
leading Fortune 1000, Middle Market and Private Equity clients.
Steve received a BA in Chemistry and a minor in Economics
and Business Administration from Westminster College in Fulton,
Missouri. |

Spears
John is a dynamic leader/trainer with thirty years of military and
consulting experience to Fortune 1000 companies in virtually
every major industry including manufacturing, financial
services, communications and the U.S. Government. John retired
from the U.S. Army as a Colonel with 27 years of service. He has
an undergraduate BS from The United States Military Academy, an
MBA from The Yale School of Management, and was a National
Security Fellow, Harvard University. |

Rosemary McGreevy
With more than 18 years of experience in financial analysis,
accounting and business management mostly focused in
manufacturing businesses. Rosemary brings experience from both
consulting and industry perspective having worked at Deloitte &
Touche, then the financial industry as an analyst for a private
investment foundation, and at companies including Educational
Testing Services Inc., Oceanspray Cranberries Inc., and Blyth
Industries. Rosemary holds an MBA and BS (Magna cum Laude) from
Rider University, Lawrenceville, NJ and is a C.P.A.

Matt Chamlin
Matt
has been President of 9 consumer product companies including
Lark Luggage, Izod Lacoste, Burlington Hosiery and Arrow Shirts.
He has taught various business subjects at both the graduate
and undergraduate levels at several universities including
Carnegie-Mellon University, New York University and Fordham
University. He has been a consultant for 15 years. Matt holds
an AB degree from Columbia College and an MBA degree from
Columbia Business School. |

Peter
Robinson
Peter has more than 21 years experience working with a diverse
range of clients in the U.K., Mainland Europe, The U.S.A., South
Africa, Namibia, Swaziland, and Zimbabwe. He is a results
oriented team leader with extensive expertise and implementation
experience in the areas of Lean Manufacturing, Lean Enterprise,
Six Sigma philosophy and techniques, Process Re-engineering,
Corporate Turnaround, Mergers & Acquisitions, Change Management
and
Organizational
Performance. In keeping with the demands of modern management techniques he
is a Six Sigma Black Belt, has a Bachelor’s Degree in Management
and also certification from the Association of Certified
Accountants. |

Modupe Taylor-Pearce
Modupe Taylor-Pearce is a business turnaround specialist. A
graduate of the United States Military Academy and Cornell
University, his career has been focused on companies that need a
boost in sales performance, as well as effective working capital
(cash) management. His experience in cash management,
productivity improvement, and sales growth has seen him
successfully improve the income statements and balance sheets
for companies in manufacturing, wholesale, logistics, and retail

William Forster
With more than 25 years of experience Bill has an
extensive leadership background with manufacturing and service
related businesses. With achievements in revenue growth,
profitability improvement, and operating system redesign or
enhancement, Bill helps Maine Pointe's clients to achieve
lower costs while creating greater market penetration,
expansion, and profitable sales. Bill was the Founder and
Chairman of Entirety Management Services. Founded RSA Wines,
Inc. (built and acquired businesses on five continents). He has
served his country in the U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force, and U.S.
Air Force Active Reserves. |

Robert Gernon
With more than 30
years of experience Bob has extensive background in all modes of
transportation with particular expertise in TL, LTL, rail,
intermodal, ocean and barge. Client engagements have spanned
the globe from U.S., Mexico, Africa, China, Europe and beyond.
Bob’s expertise in creating unique transportation and network
optimization solutions has saved many clients well over one
hundred million dollars in annualized transportation cost. BS
in Biology and minor in Chemistry from University of Illinois,
advanced studies at Columbia University in Transportation, and
an Advanced Transportation Management degree and ongoing member
of the Transportation Education Committee from North Western
University. |

Sharman, Jr.
John has more than 25 years of in-depth supply chain experience,
including both internal industry positions and external
consulting experience. He grew a procurement consulting practice
from 4 people to over 1,100 in five years. He also has
experience in plant floor optimization, warehouse automation and
logistics. He launched a very successful Six Sigma consulting
company which he ran for 2 years before merging the practice
into a Fortune 100 Company. Mr. Sharman’s clients range from
Fortune 10 companies to small and medium business companies. He
has also been a successful Chairman and CEO of a Procurement
software and service company. Mr. Sharman earned a BS in
management sciences in 1984. |

Bryan
Youd
With more than 20 years of
transportation, logistics and supply chain experience, Bryan
brings extensive background in all modes and functions of
transportation. In addition to extensive carrier experience
in the trucking and rail industries, for the past 15 years
Bryan has consulted with Fortune 500 global clients on a
broad range of global transportation and supply chain
engagements. He has broad global experience in the NAFTA,
Latin American, Europe and Asia-Pacific marketplaces. He
earned a BS in industrial psychology from the University of
New Mexico and an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School
of Management at Northwestern University with a
concentration in Transportation Management.
