Code of Conduct
This is the code of conduct that will be used to guide relationships between
the company and its associates, customers, vendors, strategic alliances, and the
general public.
Ethical Standards -- We will uphold the highest levels of ethical standards held by the industry,
communities, and professional organizations in which we serve.
Quality -- We will provide products and services that consistently meet or exceed the
standards of our markets and clients expectations.
Fairness -- We will not enrich ourselves at someone else's expense. Our profits will
be reasonable. Those who contribute to the efforts of our company will be reasonably
and fairly compensated.
Trustworthiness -- We will endeavor at all times to communicate only what is true and factual.
Faithfulness -- We will uphold our promises to the fullest extent that our resources will
allow.
Self Control -- We will conduct our business in such a consistent and controlled manner as
to make our faithfulness possible. As individuals, we will not abuse substances
that would cause our judgment or performance to suffer.
Goodwill -- We will endeavor to establish and maintain long-term relationships that will
be beneficial to all. However, we will not be jealous of any opportunity you
have to better yourself apart from us. If we are not best able to serve the interests
of any customer, supplier, or associate, we will support his/her efforts to find
a replacement, while maintaining a cordial, professional, and caring relationship
into the future.
Accountability -- All of us are accountable to our Creator for upholding His standards. We
at Maine Pointe, also hold ourselves accountable to each other for our actions.
We invite comments on our failures that we will use to guide us in our quest for
continual improvement.
