Analysis -- data, process and skills review usually takes from 15 to 45 days providing an operational review to include operating strategy opportunities, an implementation roadmap and a ROI for the project in one or all disciplines.

 

 

Project Implementation -- most frequently from 4 to 8 months includes process redesign and transformation, skills development and training, management measurement and follow-up processes and establishing results that can be sustained.

Management Services -- monitor, audit, report on the substantially improved process and results; on-going management training, operational reviews. 

 

All clients want to insure the investment made and the returns achieved from a Maine Pointe project remain for years in order to see the ROI grow from typically 3 or 5:1 to 15 to 30:1 versus their invested dollars, over the next three to five years.  Maine Pointe will customize any type of follow-up from a straight forward monitoring or audit process to on-going Leadership Development.  These management services range with our clients from monthly or quarterly follow-up and training to annual reviews. Maine Pointe will provide the annual reviews at no-charge for two years. 

Sales to Cash – Optimize working capital, the customer to cash process, and the sales to customer process.  The ability to consistently minimize the time it takes to convert a sales order into cash is critical to the success of any company.
