With over 30 years’ experience in operational and implementation consulting, Eduardo has successfully analyzed and managed teams in more 150 companies in Europe, North and South America, Asia and Africa. He consistently applies a pragmatic methodology to define, design and implement “tailor made” projects, taking into account the local culture and global best practices, to deliver sustainable bottom-line results for his clients. He has implemented complex improvement projects for clients across a broad range of industries including automotive, mining, waste management, food processing, aviation, chemicals and manufacturing.
Prior to Maine Pointe, Eduardo held executive positions in several other “hands on” consulting firms where his focus has always been on building teams of highly qualified consultants, developing strong C-suite relationships and establishing the firms as solid players in their region.
Eduardo studied chemical analysis in Hamburg, Germany and is fluent in German, English, Spanish and Portuguese.
