An aerospace engineer by trade, Miklos has over 25 years of consulting and operational management experience, designing and leading dozens of successful engagements in the Americas, Europe, Africa, Australia and Asia. He has worked across multiple industries including construction, aerospace, banking, chemicals, telecom, engineering, electronics, pharmaceuticals, transportation, consumer and industrial goods. Miklos' engagements have produced substantial EBITDA results by increasing throughput, reducing direct and indirect costs and capturing capital expenditure efficiencies across all industries. His areas of expertise include procurement, strategic sourcing and category management, supply chain management, post-merger integration, working capital, production/manufacturing optimization, maintenance strategy and liability, logistics optimization, project management, account management, product development, sales management and effectiveness, and process transformation.

Miklos' ability to identify and understand the business needs of clients, alliances and partners and offer practical, effective solutions has resulted in significant accomplishments in Entrepreneurial, PE, Fortune 1000 and Non-Profit organizations. In recent years, he has been an independent consultant providing core business advisory services: financial advisory, business operations, sales operations, compliance and controls, economic advisory and management consulting to multiple industries with a focus on execution.
