Scott O'Day

Scott O'Day, based in Boston, has ~20 years of experience working with leading public and private equity-backed aerospace & defense companies across air, land, and sea-based subsectors. Scott has a proven track record of driving performance improvement in the areas of quality, delivery, and cost and has led projects across all phases of the product lifecycle, including new product introduction, production, and aftermarket. This experience includes working on projects across product engineering, planning, sourcing, procurement, operations, quality, logistics, and aftermarket.

Prior to joining Maine Pointe, Scott worked at other leading companies like Highspring, Belcan, Accenture and FedEx, with a focus on collaborating with customers to develop and implement solutions to complex business challenges, typically in the supply chain space.

Scott holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
