In his role as Managing Director, Head of AI & Product Innovation at Maine Pointe, Avik focuses on building and leading a software technology development team aimed at productizing Main Pointe's solutions, enhancing existing digital solutions, modernizing engagement delivery, and improving internal operating performance through AI and other technology solutions.

Avik holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management, MS From Stanford University, and BS from Cal Poly Pomona.
