An experienced end-to-end supply chain practitioner and consultant, Denis leverages his twenty-eight years of industry and consulting experience bringing innovative supply chain strategies to reduce costs, release cash and enable growth for a broad range of manufacturing and service-related businesses.

Prior to joining Maine Pointe in 2014, Denis was predominantly focused on implementation of new organizational models to optimize the contribution of strategic procurement to an organization's bottom line by reducing total acquisition costs, and inventory levels while improving service levels to customers.

Denis brings direct category expertise and management of worldwide strategic sourcing in multinationals with global footprints operating in heavily engineered production environments in construction, industrial, manufacturing, institutional, and personal care market applications. He has acted as VP procurement / lead in key transformation and acquisition integration roles to close performance gaps or achieve performance goals in cost reduction, risk management, organizational development, systems, processes & cash flow management in regional and global organizations such as Hewitt Equipment (Caterpillar), Thomas & Betts / ABB, ShawCor, Camso/Michelin, and Bombardier.
