Eric Foster

Engagement Director

Eric is a supply chain executive with over 25+ years of industry and consulting experience. He has extensive knowledge and experience leading procurement transformation initiatives that include strategic sourcing of both indirect and direct categories, rapid cost take out, and procurement organizational design. His expertise includes leading large-scale procurement transformation initiatives; strategic sourcing for direct and indirect categories; operational performance improvement; and supplier diversity and sourcing.

Eric has led sourcing and procurement transformation engagements globally, including U.S., Middle East, South Asia and Europe. Within procurement, Eric has deep experience in Maintenance, Repairs and Operations (MRO), where he has helped many fortune 500 companies reduce the complexity and cost of their MRO spend and developed tailored MRO supply strategies to fit their unique situations.

Prior to beginning his consulting career, Eric was the Head of Indirect Procurement at Whirlpool Corporation. He also held various technical and corporate roles in R&D, Manufacturing and Procurement at Eli Lilly and Company.

Eric received Bachelor of Science degrees in Chemistry from Indiana University- Bloomington, and in Chemical Engineering from Trine University. He also earned a Certificate Diversity Equity and Inclusion from Cornell University.
