Kimica is experienced in project management, leadership, strategic business development, and organizational transformation across industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, technology, and logistics. She is a high-performing executive, educating business markets on delivering innovative solutions, improving processes, and building strong client relationships through a blend of analytical insight and strategic execution.

 Kimica holds a Master of International Business from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of New Brunswick, Canada.
