Kirby drives strategic business development for Maine Pointe and supports revenue growth initiatives in the Oil & Gas add (Upstream, Midstream, and Downstream)  and Aerospace sectors. He has more than 25 years of proven experience in business development and business process transformation across diverse industries, including energy, petrochemicals, automotive, aerospace/defense, power utilities (Power Generation and Transmission/Distribution), and manufacturing.

Kirby holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas at Dallas, is a former student of Texas A&M, and has completed executive education at Stanford University. He also is a certified Change Management Professional.
