Kirby drives strategic business development for Maine Pointe and supports revenue growth initiatives in the Oil & Gas and Aerospace sectors. He has more than 25 years of proven experience in business development and business process transformation across diverse industries, including energy, petrochemicals, automotive, aerospace/defense, and manufacturing.

Kirby holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas at Dallas and has completed executive education at Stanford University. He also is a certified Change Management Professional.
