Maneet specializes in Aerospace & Defense and Industrials, as well as value creation, product management, operations strategy, new product development & launch, and business development. With more than 12 years of industry experience, Maneet has established herself as a transformative, analytical, and strategic leader known for identifying operational issues and developing innovative, data-driven solutions.

She has led impactful operational transformations by leveraging industrial expertise and cross-functional collaboration. She has served as a project lead for strategic initiatives within Process Engineering, R&D, Application Engineering, and Metallurgy. Relevant certifications include, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, AS9100 Internal Auditor, NADCAP Internal Auditor - Pyrometry. Maneet previously held roles with Precision Cast Parts (PCC), Kaiser Aluminum, and Arconic.

Maneet earned her Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Arizona State University, and her Master of Business Administration from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
