Mike has more than ten years of management consulting experience across analysis and client delivery functions. He serves as a trusted advisor to senior leaders while driving impactful change throughout each level of the organization, and has worked closely with executives across the aerospace and defense, industrial products, automotive, pharmaceutical, and consumer goods industries to identify core business challenges, provide relevant insights, and implement solutions that tie to his client’s P&L statements in a systematic and sustainable manner. His areas of expertise include operational excellence, productivity, throughput, project and program management, and organizational change and change management.

Mike leverages his experiences from working onsite at over 100 unique operations across 48 states and seven countries to guide leaders in understanding the role they play to achieve measurable change within their organizations.

Mike received his Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering, with a minor in Business and Math, from Virginia Tech.
