Vinu has more than two decades of hands-on leadership experience in transforming varied business ecosystems to deliver multimillion-dollar savings while boosting efficiency and effectiveness. He is a dynamic change driver equipped with multi-disciplined track record in diverse sectors such as basic material (metals), IT infrastructure, automotive, pharmaceutical, medical devices, packaging and industrial manufacturing. His areas of expertise include supply chain transformation, strategic sourcing, planning and demand management, and change management.

He also is a consensus builder with organizational agility and influence, cross-functional leadership and collaboration, with experience in traversing multiple cultures, having worked extensively in over ten countries.

Vinu received his bachelor’s degree in industrial and production systems engineering - Mysore University, India, and his Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from The Ohio State University.
