Jackie has spent 30+ years building talent functions designed to drive business results. She's done it across continents and in organizations at every stage of growth, consistently turning People & Talent into a true operating partner to the business.

At Maine Pointe, she leads all aspects of People & Talent.

Before Maine Pointe, Jackie held senior People & Talent leadership roles at Suffolk Construction, C&S Wholesale Grocers, Keurig Dr Pepper, Sapient, and PwC — spanning construction, consumer products, wholesale distribution, digital consulting, and professional services. She has led talent and HR operations at scale, including organizations hiring 8,000+ people annually, built teams from 4 to 65, and has stood up People functions across the US, UK, India, and Germany.

Jackie holds a Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York (SUNY) and serves in a board advisory role at Seintiv Talent Solutions, a global talent advisory firm, and as a member of the Forbes HR Council.
