(Boston, Mass - October 11, 2017) Maine Pointe is pleased to welcome Alfred Baumbusch, continuing to strengthen its operations excellence capabilities in North America.
Alfred is an accomplished corporate leader with a 25-year track record at the helm of both domestic and foreign-owned companies. As an experienced C-level executive and international consultant, his expertise spans the full breadth of executive leadership with specific strengths driving large and medium-scale companies through organizational change.
Alfred’s functional expertise has provided support for private equity operational due diligence, operational strategy and change implementation, strategic sourcing, business strategy development and collaboration with values, mission and vision. He has significant expertise and success working with start-ups, companies in transition, and those facing transformational change, particularly in areas related to operational implementation and performance challenges.
He holds a degree in Manufacturing Engineering and an Executive MBA with a focus on leadership.
