Janice Pinson appointed EVP Talent Management of Maine Pointe

Janice_Pinson.pngJanice Pinson, a senior Human Resources and organizational development specialist, has been appointed Executive Vice President, Talent Management of Maine Pointe. Janice has more than 20 years’ experience in progressively responsible leadership roles inside Fortune 500, private equity owned, and management consulting organizations.

Janice is highly skilled in helping organizations build competitive advantage by linking organizational goals and human resources. She is experienced in facilitating change collaboration and in leading teams that increase organizational effectiveness, performance and create efficiencies.

In her new position, Janice will be responsible for Maine Pointe’s strategy for talent development and talent acquisition and driving forward the Maine Pointe Academy, which will focus on ensuring the organization delivers an enhanced client experience. Janice will work alongside the firm’s Executive Leadership to align talent with vision, strategy and culture to meet strategic goals.
