Richard Rorschach Joins Maine Pointe’s Oil & Gas Practice

Industry Veteran Has Track Record of Helping Oil & Gas Companies Improve Performance

(Boston, Mass. – November 24, 2014) Richard Rorschach, a senior professional services leader and advisor with a twenty-year career track record of optimizing financial returns through performance improvement, has been appointed Industry Partner of Maine Pointe’s Oil & Gas practice. Throughout the course of his career, Rorschach has maintained a proven track record of helping high profile oil and gas companies improve performance.

In his new position, Rorschach will work with clients and prospects to address operational issues by aligning solutions that help accelerate performance improvement and deliver compelling and sustainable economic returns. Rorschach joins a team of senior specialists who facilitate value creation by leveraging their frontline operations expertise across the oil and gas industry to break through the barriers to improved growth and profitability.

Rorschach has more than twenty years of high-end professional services experience at elite companies with a focus on enterprise transformation through business process and technology enablement. He has significant professional services sales experience and expertise across the following commercial industries: Energy (Oil & Gas) and Utilities, Retail, Engineering & Construction and Industrial Products.

Most recently Rorschach provided business development, solutions and alliances leadership for the oil and gas consulting practice at Deloitte Consulting’s Houston office. Prior to that, Rorschach spent four years at PriceWaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Director for its Energy Advisory Practice. While there he provided leadership for their oil and gas consulting practice and focused on providing operationally centered solutions to clients.

Other previous positions include Director of Oil and Gas at BearingPoint, Inc., (purchased by PwC) and a sales role at PeopleSoft. Rorschach holds a B.B.A. in Marketing & Advertising from The University of Texas.
