Managing Director, Private Equity - Europe

Jamie Loder has worked as a leading investor, analyst, and consultant for private equity firms for more than 20 years. He has honed his expertise in due diligence, risk assessment, mergers and acquisitions, and restructuring to strengthen supply chains and operations across multiple industry sectors, including chemicals, pharmaceuticals, packaging and consumer goods, and manufacturing. Returning to SGS Maine Pointe as the Managing Director, Private Equity, he aims to build on SGS Maine Pointe’s highly successful U.S. and European private equity practice.

Prior to SGS Maine Pointe, Jamie held leadership posts with a number of consulting firms, including 4C Associates and GardaWorld. He helped grow Dixon Wilson, chartered accountants of London, England, into a $32 billion firm. At Stonehenge Fleming, he led a portfolio of PE investments, including Fevertree Drinks, Resolution PLC, and Clipper Teas, with significant returns on investment.

Jamie started his career as a direct report to the Chairman and CEO of Centaur Media PLC. After the company’s flotation on the London Stock Exchange, he became analyst and advisor within the political and trade credit risk department of a multinational insurance company and then became part of the deal team at Paternoster.
