Neel has driven hundreds of millions in quantifiable financial improvements and increased valuations by implementing supply chain, operations, and manufacturing initiatives that tie directly to his client’s P&L statements.
These improvements span strategic sourcing, logistics, throughput, productivity, operational turnaround, sales & operations planning, digital enablement, analytics, due diligence, carve outs, culture change, and management behaviors.
Prior to joining Maine Pointe, Neel led sales for a boutique operations consultancy, directed analysis for an operational improvement firm, and guided numerous client delivery & internal teams across finance, strategy, digital transformation, and emerging technologies for companies both large and small.
